By booking a stay or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't book — and we'll happily answer any questions before you decide.
Bookings & payments
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. We use Razorpay for payment processing — you'll receive an instant receipt to your email and WhatsApp.
Stays under 7 nights are charged 100% upfront. Stays of 7+ nights are 50% upfront, 50% three days before check-in. Long stays (28+ nights) are billed monthly in advance.
Pricing & taxes
All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST (18% on short stays under 28 nights). A standard ₹1,500 cleaning fee applies per booking. Taxes and fees are clearly broken out before checkout.
Check-in & ID
Indian law requires every guest above 18 to share a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. We collect this via WhatsApp 24 hours before arrival. Without verified IDs we cannot hand over keys.
House rules & damage
Each home's specific rules are listed on its detail page. We collect a refundable damage deposit per booking, returned within 7 days of check-out unless damage is documented and quoted. We don't hold deposits arbitrarily; we share photos and receipts.
Cancellations
See our cancellation policy for the full breakdown. Summary: full refund 7+ days before check-in, 50% refund 3–7 days before, no refund within 72 hours.
Acceptable use
Our homes are for residential stays — not parties, commercial events without prior approval, illegal activity, or smoking indoors. Violations may result in eviction without refund and recovery of damages.
Limitation of liability
Drishtti Dreamscappee operates with reasonable care. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid for the booking in question. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts at New Delhi.
