Cancellation policy.

Three windows, no surprises. Full refunds where they're fair, partial where reasonable, none when it's truly last-minute.

The three windows

More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund (excluding payment-gateway fees of ~2% which Razorpay does not return to us).

3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers our committed costs (housekeeping schedule, lost availability).

Within 72 hours of check-in: No refund. We've already prepared the home for you.

How to cancel

The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp with your booking ID. We'll confirm the cancellation within an hour and process the refund (if applicable) within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

Changes vs cancellations

Want to shift dates instead of cancelling? Always reach out — if the new dates have availability, we'll move your booking with no penalty (subject to any rate differences).

Long-stay cancellations (28+ nights)

Long stays are billed monthly. You can end early with 30 days' notice, paying for any nights stayed plus that 30-day notice period. We'll refund any prepaid amount beyond it.

Force majeure

For travel disruptions outside your control — government lockdowns, natural disasters, medical emergencies — we waive the cancellation policy and offer either a full credit (valid 12 months) or full refund. Just share documentation.

Owner-initiated cancellations

In the rare event we have to cancel a confirmed booking (a major maintenance issue, for example), you receive a full refund plus ₹2,500 inconvenience credit and our genuine apologies. We do everything possible to relocate you to another Drishtti Dreamscappee home of equal or higher value first.
