Do I need to create an account to book?

No. You can book any home as a guest — just your name, email, phone and payment. An account is optional and only lets you view your past and upcoming stays in one place.

How do I book a stay?

Open the home you love, pick your check-in and check-out dates and number of guests, and you'll see the full price instantly. Tap “Continue to book,” enter your details, and pay securely. You'll get a confirmation email with your booking reference right away.

Can I hold dates or enquire before paying?

Yes — every home has an “Enquire on WhatsApp” option. If your dates are flexible or you have questions, message us and we'll help you personally before you book.

How many guests can I bring?

Each home lists its maximum guests, and the booking form won't let you exceed it. If you're a larger group, message us on WhatsApp and we'll suggest options.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay — cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets are all supported. We never see or store your card details.

What's included in the price I see?

The total shown before you pay includes the nightly rate for your dates, any length-of-stay discount, and GST. There are no hidden booking or cleaning fees — the number you see is the number you pay.

Why is GST 5% on some homes and 18% on others?

Accepted Answer

GST on stays is set by the nightly tariff. Homes at or below ₹7,500 a night are taxed at 5%; above ₹7,500 it's 18%. The applicable rate is always shown in your price breakdown.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes. Stays of 3 nights or more automatically get a length-of-stay discount, shown in your price breakdown. For 30+ nights, we tailor a monthly rate — see “Long stays” below.

I have a promo code — where do I use it?

Enter it in the “Promo code” field at checkout. If it's valid for your stay, the discounted total is applied at payment.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in. To cancel or change a booking, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we'll take care of it quickly.

What happens if my payment fails or I close the window?

No problem — your dates are held briefly so you can retry. Just start the payment again, or message us if anything looks stuck.

How does check-in work?

All our homes offer self check-in. Before arrival you'll receive a secure check-in link to register your details and upload a photo ID. Once done, you'll see everything you need: the address, door access code, WiFi, and directions with a map.

Why do I need to upload an ID?

Guest ID verification is required by local regulations. We accept a masked Aadhaar, driving licence, passport or voter ID, and we protect your document as carefully as we protect our homes.

When do I get the address and door code?

Your arrival details — address, access code, WiFi and directions — appear on your check-in page as soon as you've completed registration before your stay.

I want to stay a month or longer — how does that work?

For stays of 30+ nights we offer tailored monthly rates. The home shows an indicative “from ₹X / month” figure; send us an enquiry with your dates and we'll come back with a final quote — usually within 24 hours.

I'm an NRI / booking from outside India — can I book?

Absolutely, and we love hosting guests coming home or visiting India. Our online checkout currently expects an Indian (+91) phone number, so if you're booking with an overseas number, message us on WhatsApp and we'll complete your booking for you and answer any questions about payment.

What does a guest account give me?

An account lets you see your upcoming and past stays, with references and receipts, in one place. It's optional — you never need it to book.

I didn't get my confirmation or verification email.

Check your spam folder and confirm you used the right address. If it's still missing, message us on WhatsApp with your name and dates and we'll resend your confirmation.
