Drishtti Dreamscappee is a curated short and mid-stay rental brand operating sixteen homes across India. We're a registered business in Delhi with a GSTIN. This privacy policy applies to drishttidreamscappee.com and all our owner/guest communications.
What we collect
When you book a stay, we collect your name, phone, email, billing address, government-issued ID (for compliance), guest count, dates, and payment details (handled by Razorpay — we never see your card number). When you submit an inquiry, we collect what you tell us.
We also collect basic analytics — pages visited, device type, rough geography — through GA4 and Meta Pixel. We do not collect sensitive personal information unless you provide it voluntarily (e.g. medical-stay context).
How we use it
To deliver your stay and communicate with you about it.
To send the occasional thoughtful email (only if you opt in).
To improve our website and properties using anonymised analytics.
To meet legal obligations (tax, GST invoicing, ID verification under Indian law).
Who we share it with
Razorpay (for payments), email/SMS providers (for booking confirmations), and analytics tools (anonymised). We never sell your data. We never share your phone number with anyone outside our hosting team.
How long we keep it
Booking and tax records: 8 years (Indian compliance). Marketing contact records: until you unsubscribe. Anonymised analytics: indefinite.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to compliance retention) by emailing drishtti.dreamscappe@gmail.com. We respond within 14 working days.
